Outfit - 25th July 2009

I didn't really go anywhere today, I was meant to be going out tonight, but my friend cancelled on me, so I had the chance to get started with this new blog. From head to toe I'm wearing

• Silver rope effect headband - Dorothy Perkins
• Blue vest top - Primark
• Grey long cardigan - Primark
• Butterfly pearl necklace - Primark
• White and blue striped shorts - Matalan
• Black leggings - Dorothy Perkins
• Leather boots - Dorothy Perkins (These were a complete steal, I got them in the sale. Should have been £60, and I got them for £10!)

So how do you guys reckon that my "student style" is coming along? I want to look quite original, in my own little way, but not so different people think I'm a proper weirdo, lol.
11 days until my results come out and I find out where I'm going - crapping myself!

A Small Introduction to Me

I should probably start by introducing myself. My name is Hana, but my name wasn't spelled like that at birth. I'm currently 18 years old, just old enough for it to be legal for me to do anything fun, but young enough that I don't have to know better, or even pretend that way. I live in a rural town in Scotland.

I'm finally finished high school, and glad to be out of the place. I'm hopefully going to be attending the University of Edinburgh, starting in September, to study Biological Sciences with my final honours to be in Infectious Diseases. Initially when I applied for this course, I was fascinated by microbes and wanted to work in a laboratory, studying things under a microscope. Currently, and I see myself being like this for a while - I want to become a surgeon.

My interests include fashion, make-up, music, photography and, well, I might as well admit it, I absolutely adore crime and hospital dramas on TV, as those are the areas of work I'm most interested in.

Look for posts from me containing information about a range of subjects from sports (I'm a huge football fan), to my daily outfit or latest hairstyle. I'm a mixture of tomboy and girly girl, and I wouldn't change anything for the world, I love who I am.
